Coral Gables Mayor Donald Slesnick Welcomes Puerta de Palmas at Event

Coral Gables, Fla. (March 25, 2004) ---- The excitement surrounding the new Puerta de Palmas luxury condominium tower in Coral Gables is continuing to mount. Coral Gables Mayor Donald Slesnick and more than 200 attended a special VIP preview event during the evening of Wednesday, March 24, just two weeks after the developer hosted more than 200 guests at a reception for the tenants of the neighboring Douglas Entrance office complex. In response, eight residences were sold during the week prior to the VIP preview, and Puerta de Palmas has become one of the fastest-selling new condominiums in The City Beautiful.
